The Guardian™ Warranty

Warranty Information:

RR Enterprises warrants the product, to the original consumer purchaser, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the life-time of the product, from the date of original retail purchase, as evidenced by registration with RR Enterprises by mail within 30 days of purchase. Consumer is entitled to product replacement upon return of old unit to RR Enterprises.

Upon registration with RR Enterprises you will automatically receive a yearly supply of (12) Guardian Bio Pucks at the reduced price of $35.88 + shipping. If you choose at any time to cancel your automatic yearly supply of replacement pucks and lifetime warranty, you must contact RR Enterprises by mail within 30 days of purchase.

Abuse & Misuse. Defects or damage that result from: (a) improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect; or (b) other acts which are not the fault of RR Enterprises, are excluded from coverage.

Use of Non-Guardian Accessories. Defects or damage that result from the use of Non-Guardian Bio Pucks are excluded from coverage.
